KCMT is a college very well known for academic atmosphere, lush green campus, flowery look and wonderful class rooms, up-to-date lab and well stocked library. It is a seat of learning with a difference where classes are religiously held in a well disciplined environment. Creation and transfer of knowledge takes place in a systematic manner. KCMT is widely known for scholarly teaching and administrative effectiveness. Apart from regular class teaching, co-curricular and extra curricular activities are carried out in a cultured mode and elite mood round the year.
Apart from class teaching, assignments, unit tests, periodic evaluation, regular parent teacher meeting, industry academic interface and visits to places of historical, industrial and commercial importance are organized regularly. Students are sent to foreign countries too to understand cross cultural interaction and to develop global vision. In the present globalized era such visits are essential and encouraging.
KCMT was established in the year 2001 just with 180 students in B.Com, B.Sc. and BCA which has grown up in a developed educational institute with a strength of more than 2,400 students where B.Sc.(PCM),(ZBC), Biotechnology, Home Science, B.Com (H), B.Com, B.Ed., B.T.C, MBA, MCA, PGDCA, M.Com, M.Sc. (All streams) and M.Ed. courses are run. Our students have secured high place of merit in various examination of the university.
